Mercury Stardust Book Signing and Meet and Greet!

On Monday, November 6th at 6 pm CT, please join Lit. on Fire Books, in partnership with My Writing Shed, as we PROUDLY welcome the one and only Trans Handy Ma’am, Mercury Stardust on their book signing tour in support of her debut release “Safe and Sound: A Renter’s Friendly Guide to Home Repair!”

—- Mercury will do her absolute best to meet with every one of you and get your books signed, but we cannot guarantee it, so please keep this in mind when planning for the event.

—- Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood and there is a small free public lot parking on our block.

—Please bring a mask with you, they are required indoors. Thanks in advance for helping to keep Mercury, her team, and our immunocompromised community members safe. Please do not attend if you are feeling sick, and please consider doing a rapid test before arriving at the event if you are able to do so. Thank you for helping us build intentionally safer community connection by doing your part!

—NO TOUCHING. You will get a picture with Mercury, but please do not touch her. We are working together to keep everyone safe.

—Be prepared to stand outside in line. This includes dressing for potential weather, such as bringing a coat, an umbrella, etc.

—We will have accessible seating available indoors for those needing accommodations. If you need access, please let one of our volunteers know and they will get you there.

—We are hoping that most of you acquired your copy of the book from us already. A limited amount of stock will be available for purchase, and if we run out of copies, you will get a signed book plate from Mercury that you can place in your copy once you acquire one.

—If you want to meet Mercury as a group, you will get a group photo. If you meet Mercury individually, you will get an individual photo. If you are in line as a group, please choose before you step up to her table.

—And finally, she needs to see a LOT of people in a single night, so if you want to share your story, please write her a note and put it in her dropbox so she can read it when she has the time and spoons to do so.
